1. Predator – Prey
a. My groups definition BEFORE video:
Predator is the one that is chasing. The prey is the one that’s running or hiding.
b. Example observed in video:
Wolfs and deer and elk.
c. My groups definition AFTER video:
Predator- an animal that hunts another animal for food.
Prey-run away from the predators.
d. Another example of this would be:
When you eat a pizza you’re the predator and the pizza is the prey.
2. Competition
a. My groups definition BEFORE video:
Whoever gets it first, eats it first.
b. Example observed in video:
Competed with the grizzle bear and wolfs.

First come first serve.
d. Another example of this would be:
When the bears competed with the wolfs for the elk calf.
3. Symbiosis
a. Three types:
i. Type 1: Commensalism

All kinds of animals being together.

A bug on your shoulder.

Benefits one organism but the other isn’t getting harmed.
4. Another example of this would be:
Whales and barnacles
ii. Type 1: Mutualism

Both animals benefit.

Bird eats the tick, benefits the cow, and the bird.

Fish find other cleaning fish and they clean the fish, and they eat.
iii. Type 1: Parasitism

Only one animal benefits from it.

Ticks and mammals

No change.
4. Another example of this would be:
Fish, clinging on to other fish and feeding off of it.
