parameters unless you are authorized from your local

representative with correct password.
 Press or , enter Auto-Zero range.

Auto-Zero range
 Scale displays Auto-Zero range, e.g., indicating
20% F.S..
 Upon boot-up, scale automatically zero.
 Press or , and , change Auto-Zero range.
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 Auto-Zero range can be set to : 0%(disabled), 2%, 3%, 4%, 10%,
20%, 100% F.S..
 Press or , enter Manual-Zero range.

Manual-Zero range
 Scale displays Manual-Zero range, e.g., indicating
4% F.S..
 Zero is allowed, only when weight is within Manual-Zero
range.
 Press or , and , change Manual-Zero range.
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 Manual-Zero range can be set to : 0%(disabled), 2%, 3%, 4%,
10%, 20%, 100% F.S..
 Press or , enter Zero-Tracking range.

Zero-Tracking range
 Scale displays Zero-Tracking range, e.g., indicating
0.5e.

 Enabling Zero-Tracking will enhance scale temperature and

drift performance.
 Press or , and , change Zero-Tracking range.
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 Zero-Tracking range can be set to : 0(disabled), 0.5e, 1.0e, 1.5e,
2.0e, 2.5e, 3.0e, 4.0e, 5.0e.
 Press or , enter Gravity.

Gravity
 Scale displays Gravity, e.g., indicating g is 9.794.
 Adjust Gravity, only when scale is used in a place where
acceleration of gravity is greatly different from the place where
it is calibrated.
 Press or , and , modify digital. Press or
, and , move digital. Input Gravity.
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 Gravity range can be set from 9.700 to 9.899.
 Press or , enter User Unit.

User Unit
 Scale displays User Unit, e.g., indicating user unit is
set to 1.000.
 User Unit is a named unit which is usually used in user’s region,
but not included in scale by default, like kg, lb, etc. It is a ratio to
System Unit. For example, if User Unit is set to 1.234 and
System Unit is kg, then after switching to User Unit, scale
calculates weight (1000kg), and displays the calculated value
(1234usr).

 You can skip over below description about Calibration Plug, if

you didn’t order scale with Calibration Plug.
 To meet metrology government’s requirement in some of
European countries, scale is protected against user calibration
by calibration plug. In that case, user must take off front panel
and short-cut the calibration plug P2. See above picture.
 If calibration plug P2 is not short-cut, error message
will display, indicating there is no plug on required position.
 After entering Calibration, plug P2 should not be shorted
anymore, otherwise scale will auto power-off.
 Press or , enter System Unit.

System Unit
 Scale displays System Unit, e.g., indicating system
unit is kg.
 Press or , and , change System Unit.
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 System Unit can be set to: kg and lb.
 Press or , enter Calibration Gravity.

Calibration Gravity
 Scale displays Calibration Gravity, e.g., indicating
Calibration Gravity g = 9.794.
 Press or , and , modify digital. Press or
, and , move digital. Input Calibration Gravity.
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 Calibration Gravity range can be set from 9.700 to 9.899.
 Press or , enter Max. Cap..

Max. Cap.
 Scale displays Max. Cap., e.g., indicating Max. Cap.
is 3t.
 Press or , and , change Max. Cap..
 Press or , exit without saving. Press or ,
exit and save.
 Do NOT attempt to set Max. Cap. greater than scale’s actual
capacity. Overloading causes severe harm to scale, and is very
dangerous.
 Press or , enter Zero Detection.

Zero Detection
 Scale displays .
 Keep scale no load, press or , start weight detection.
 Message displays. After detection is finished, scale
automatically enter Load1 Detection.

Load1 Detection
 Scale displays .
 Load standard weight, press or , go to weight input
interface.
 Scale displays “00000”, waiting for user input.
 Press or , and , modify digital. Press or
, and , move digital. Input Load1 weight.
 Weight must exceed 0, otherwise displays.
 Weight must be lighter than 100% F.S., otherwise
displays.
 If weight is equal to 100% F.S., scale automatically save and exit
Calibration.
