UNDERSTANDING WORK IMMERSION

This program of our school aims to attain growth and development among our youth in
Senior High School. The program help home or shape our sector become confident in the
assessment and management in the workplace and more importantly enhances our capability
develop and lead strategically in every area of assigned complex work related problems, the
confidence needed to make significant decision.

In doing work immersion the very important thing is hardworking for you to successfully
do it. In doing work immersion you need first to know the company follow by the employees
because in doing works we need to appreciate their attitude and you need to accept it whether it
is positive way or negative. Knowing each of them is the right thing we do because adopting
their values is important for you to know your limitation. We must accept what the employees
give task to us and don’t be lazy. We need also to cooperate to them and follow there rules and
what so ever norms they say, it is not for ourselves but it is for the better of the company. If you
enter the company, build the best communication you can. Be aware of what you are talking
because there are a case that in just a simple word can hurt some people.

Don’t forget your health. Having a good health can reflect for what you are doing. Don’t
abuse yourself on what you are doing or what tasks give to you. Take a rest at the same time.
Take a break and eat foods remember, a business organization can’t run without employees and
employees are important to them just to earn money.

Employees are one of the most important in the business without then the business is
dead. The company need a teamwork and have a good relation to each other. This will be the
strength of the business and added by trust and follow by the good result of the company. In
working, motivate yourself and have a fighting spirit in every works. Put God on the center of
everything because on God nothing is Impossible.
