We, ALOIS MOORKAMP and ALLEY MOORKAMP, both of legal age,

married, German and Filipino citizens and residents of 86 C, Aurelio de los
Santos Drive, Barangay Putik, Zamboanga City, Philippines,

Hereby NAMED, CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED:

ANGELITA AYCO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Putik,

Zamboanga City, Philippines as our true and lawful ATTORNEY – IN – FACT,
for us and in our name, place and stead to do the following acts:

To receive and claim, in our behalf, our renewed passport

with the Department of Foreign Affairs;

To negotiate and communicate with the Department of

Foreign Affairs as to the release of our renewed passport, to make,
sign and execute the documents that may be required thereof
pursuant to the release of the passports;

To submit whatever documents that may be required of us

in furtherance of said purpose;

To perform all other acts necessary to carry out the

foregoing purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney – in – fact, full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing which may
be proper and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present and acting
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents;
