All illegal buildings and layouts that came up before that date will be allowed for
regularisation, recommended the Cabinet sub-committee constituted by the Telangana
government to suggest measures for the forthcoming BRS/ LRS.
If you have purchased a Panchayat Layout plot after the cut off date, it can not be
regularized in the present scheme.
Here I am explain about BRS and LRS. So many peoples having doubts about this and they
are thinking their property to be regularised under this scheme. First peoples should be
know what is LRS ,what is BRS and what does its? which benefits are there to be regularised
theirs property under this LRS and BRS scheme?
1)what is LRS?
LRS means Layout regularisation scheme .we can regularised un approved layout or un
approved property under this scheme
A)What is Layout ?
Un approved Layout means layout not have permissions from competent authorities. In
Telangana state competent authorities are HMDA ,GHMC,DTCP if developer took
permission from these authorities it was called regularised Layout other than (permissions
from Local bodies means Panchayats and municipalities) its called irregular layout .HMDA
deals with Hyderabad surrounding areas or rural areas covered hyderabad city limits
,GHMC deals in side city or urban area and DTCP deals with all towns and rural areas
Un approved property means that property not in any layout it is calls open Land
If your plot is in layout that layout had permission from competent authorities you need not
to apply LRS if your plot in layout that layout had not permission from competent
authorities than you should apply LRS to competent authorities (HMDA ,GHMC or DTCP)
and you can individually apply LRS to your plot
If your plot regularised under this scheme than only you can get building permission if
failed to get permission you can't get any building approvals from authorities. Telangana
government plan to keep irregular properties in prohibited list it's means registration
prohibited (No sale and no purchase)
2) What is BRS ?
BRS means Building regularisation scheme if your building had not permitted by competent
authorities (Un approved building)or your building has permission but deviated from
sanction plan than you should apply to BRS
Un approved building means not get any permission from competent authorities (Local
bodies g+3 ,g+3 above HMDA or GHMC)
B)What is deviation?
Getting house loans from banks take all clearances like power ,water ,sewage ,tax etc.from
government
