Excellency,

Satisfactory evidence having been exhibited to me that Mr. Zhao Jianhua, has
been appointed as Ambassador of Republic of China to the Republic of the
Philippines.
I do hereby recognize him as such and declare him free to exercise and enjoy
such functions, powers, and privileges as are allowed to the Honorary Consular
Offices of the Republic of the Philippines.
In testimony whereof I have caused these letter to be made patent and
the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be hereunto affixed.

Done in Manila, 27th Day of May in the Year Two Thousand and Nineteen.
