Concentration of lanang onion extract were 100%, 50%, 25%, 12,5%, 6,25%,
3,125%, 1,56%, and 0,78% to determine Minimum Inhibitory Concetration
(MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC). Data were analyzed
using Kruskal Wallis test and Mann Whitney.
Result and Discussion: MIC were found at 6,25%. The results of Mann Whitney
test found significant differences start at 6,25% with the control group. MBC
were found at 50%. It showed the chemicals in lanang onion extract has
