Vitrified Tiles Flooring Checklist

Task / Item/ Product - Description

☐ Common Tile sizes are - 800x800 , 800 x 600, 1200x1200

☐ Break old Flooring & remove it
☐ All Breaking work should be completed before flooring starts
☐ Wall POP work should be over before Flooring
☐ If possible complete False Ceiling before Flooring to avoid unepxected damages
☐ Water proofing Chemical coat should be applied in skirting area
☐ Floor should be made wet after old flooring removed
☐ Use Arrows marking on back of Tiles to decide installation direction
☐ Avoid unwanted people to enter room when flooring is in progress
☐ Flooring work usually starts in Living room out of all rooms
☐ Floor Tiles in open space should of bigger/full size
☐ On Sides & Corners of the rooms - Partial tiles could be placed
☐ Cover floor after tiling work complete with pop sheet / PVC
☐ After Tile is installed, grouting the gaps between tiles with white cement
☐ 2mm groove between tiles is a new style of Flooring, grouting material changes
☐ For unexpected siuation, 1 piece Extra/spare Tile should be kept available
☐ 8 Hours of Drying time is ideal post Tiling
