DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation made and executed by and between: The heirs of Mr. and Mrs. Arquilao
Palacio

RENIA PALACIO
REINA PALACIO
RUEL PALACIO,

herein represented by RENIA T. PALACIO, with address at Block 14 Lot 5 Coral Street, Golden
City Subdivision, Taytay, Rizal, hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”

-in favor of –

The MONDRAGON AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, herein represented by its

SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, Dr. JOHN DELORINO, hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE”;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the owner of the house located at and owned by Mondragon Agro-
Industrial High School;

WHEREAS, the DONOR recognizes and supports the noble task of the DONEE in promoting
the welfare and well-rounded development of Mondragon Agro-Industrial High School, with its
students as the main concern, its teachers and employees;

WHEREAS, the DONOR desires the DONEE and his successors, to safeguard the interest of the
school against unscrupulous private individuals in the future claiming ownership over said
property such as encroachment or boundary disputes;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the DONOR hereby
transfers and conveys unto the DONEE, by way of donation, the house of Mr. and Mrs. Arquilao
Palacio, hereof subject to the conditions that the DONEE, and his successors, shall maintain the
donated house and its immediate surroundings in a clean and safe condition and make all the
necessary maintenance and repair to ensure avoidance of demolition, hence preventing it to be
dilapidated.

That, the children of Mr. and Mrs, Arquilao Palacio, be allowed short visits once in a while as
stated by the DONOR in her letter to Dr. John Delorino, incumbent School Principal, dated
December 5, 2018.

In the event that the conditions of the donation, are not complied with by the successors of the
DONEE, this donation shall automatically be revoked and rendered ineffective and the DONOR
shall regain the responsibility of the maintenance and repair of the house and shall have the right
to recover possession of the same.

The DONEE hereby accepts the donation of the house, together with its conditions herein
imposed.

Estimated amount of the house: Mondragon Agro-Industrial High School

Php 800 000. Mondragon Northern Samar
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affix our hands, this ____ day of May, 2018 at
