CENTRALISED ACCOMMODATION AT DELHI FOR MES OFFICERS UNDERGOING

INDUCTION TRAINING PROGRAMME

1. Reference
a. E-in-C’s Br letter no. 48703/YOBW-57/03/E(Trg) dated 09 Jan 2019 vide which
undersigned have been nominated for Course YOBW-57 and YOBW-56(A).
b. CME Pune letter no. 9492/YOBW/555/GT dated 16 Jan 19 to E-in-C’s Automation
Cell vide which Joining Instruction and Training schedule have been circulated.

2. The under-signatory along with 62 other nominated officers is undergoing Induction

Training Programme as per Training Schedule notified via letter referred at Para 1(b)
above.

3. As mentioned in training schedule, Hyderabad leg will conclude on 10 Aug 2019 and
Delhi leg will commence from 12 Aug 2019 and conclude on 26 Oct 19. Thus, trainee
officers are required to stay in Delhi for 11 weeks.

4. As per address given by Officiating Commander, Shri C.P Borkar, during his visit to
Hyderabad, it is desired that 53 officers (posted at various locations other than Delhi)
shall stay at centralized accommodation.

5. It has been proposed by the under signatory along with consent of other officers that
they shall be staying at Hotel Levante, DLF Phase-III, Cybercity, Gurugram for complete
Delhi leg.

6. The Hotel will be providing below stated facilities at rates which are under
authorization limits of officers:
(a) Single occupancy, fully air-conditioned and fully furnished 53 rooms.
(b) Centralized transportation facilities for conveyance to various institutes.
(c) Fooding and restaurant facilities.

7. As the hotel is situated in cyber city, its proximity to various institutes where training
is conducted is also another reason for its selection.
