DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TOMAS BLASA​, of legal age, Filipino, married and with residence and postal address at Sta.
Lucia Magarao, Camarines Sur, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (150,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by ​AIZA VELASCO ​of legal age, Filipino,
single and with residence and postal address at San Pantaleon, Magarao, Camarines Sur, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely unto the said vendee, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interests a
parcel of land situated in Sta. Lucia, Magarao, Camarines Sur together with its improvements thereon,
and more particularly described as follows:

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the absolute owner An Agricultural land located at Sta. Lucia, Magarao,
Camarines Sur covered by Tax Declaration No. 97-013-01208 and have right to transfer the title and
ownership thereof a parcel of land, portion of Lot 2074-C, Csd-435-D, containing an area of seventy-five
(75) square meters, more or less, bounded on the North and East by Lot 2074-C-9, on the West by Road
Lot 4 meters wide and on the south by Lot 2074-C-7.

That the VENDOR hereto conveys by way of sale portion thereof, more or less Seventy-five

(75sq. m); That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY
(150,000.00), the VENDEE on hand and delivered to the VENDOR;

That the VENDOR, upon delivery of said consideration, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFERRED
AND CONVEY to and in favor of the VENDEE, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest the
above-described portion of real property, together with the improvements thereon, free from any liens,
charges or encumbrances of any nature, and will defend the same against the claim of any and all
persons whatsoever;

That it is hereby mutually agreed the VENDEE shall bear all the expenses for the execution and
registration of this deed of sale which is excluded from herein selling price.
