Who can apply and ways to pay for your CPO shares
Applications are accepted from anyone including on behalf of another person or a minor. Whilst there is no limit to the
amount of shares any one person may hold, the articles of Association state that any named individual may only vote
with 100 shares. All applications must be accompanied by a COPY of photo ID, and include proof of address.

Type of Payment
You may purchase by either DEFINED OR ROLLING CONTRIBUTIONS. If you wish to apply for a specific number of
shares then this will be DEFINED. Minimum payment is £10. Divide the selected share by this amount to get the
number of payments. With this option you may choose from a list of purchase options below.
ROLLING PAYMENTS carry on indefinitely, cancellable at any time, at your request. Shares are issued once a share is
paid for and then a certificate is sent at the end of the financial year to indicate shares issued and balance held. If any
amounts are held once you cease to contribute, this balance will be returned to you.
