Assignment in Human Behavior in an Organization:

1. What is the relevance of learning in organization and why is it important to build a learning culture?

In learning in an organization, the employees gain more knowledge in their field and it also makes
them more inclined with the organization, it builds loyalty and unity within the company. For having a
learning culture, benefits both the employees (they learn and interact more) and the company (the
company will have high-performing employees that will make them more progressive).

2. How do you build a culture of learning in organizations?

We build a culture of learning in organizations by seminars, trainings, discussions within the


department, or even simple interaction with co-workers.

3. How do organizations learn, how can they sustain the learning, and why is it important for them to do
so?

Organizations learn through experience, they observe the changes in their environment through
time and use it as a reference for future plans and more importantly to maintain or be more progressive
for the current period. It is important to sustain learning for it will help them be more knowledgeable of
the current events or trends that will be of use for the company (e.g. in technology, customers'
preferences, employees trainings for better performance, etc.)

4. How do individuals learn? Why is it important to consider their learning styles and preferences?

Different individuals has different learning styles and preferences. Others learn faster when reading
or watching a specific topic, others learn faster through listening, while others through practical or
experience. It is important to consider the learning preferences and styles of an individual to ensure that
they will understand and learn effectively.
