PALARO NG LAHI

First Game: Ipasa at Kainin mo, Bes!


MATERIALS NEEDED:

 Bananas (One per team)

MECHANICS:

 There will be twelve (12) participants per team.


 Each participant will form a human chain in a straight line.
 Each team has one banana each that they are going to pass using their feet.
When the banana falls, they will start again from the beginning.
 Once the banana reached the last participant in the line, he/she has to say
the magic words (“Kakainin ko na bes!”) before eating the banana.
 After they finished eating the banana, the last participant for each team will
proceed in front and shout the magic words (“Nakain ko na bes!”).
 The first participant to finish will be declared as the winner.

NOTE: THE PARTICIPANTS SHOULD EAT THE WHOLE BANANA, EXCLUDING THE
BANANA PEEL OF COURSE.
Second Game: Catch my Egg
MATERIALS NEEDED:

 1 tray of Eggs
 Plastic yelo

MECHANICS:

 There will be ten (10) participants per team.


 There will be five (5) participants on each side and they will form a straight
line with fair distance between the participants.
 Each team will be given one egg that will be pass from one participant to
the other in the following series from right to left:

 1 (right) 1 (left)

2 (right) 2 (left)

3 (right) 3 (left)

4 (right) 4 (left)

5 (right) 5 (left)

 The egg must not fall and the participant shall avoid cracking/smashing it. If
the egg fell, the team will be given one last chance to play the game.
 The team who transferred the egg safely from one side to another without
cracking/smashing it, will be declared as the winner.

NOTE: IN CASE OF TIE, THE EGG WILL BE EXAMINED BY THE OFFICERS IF


THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES. THE LEAST DAMAGED EGG WILL BE THE WINNER.
Third Game: Tic Tac Toe
MATERIALS NEEDED:

 7 Liter Wilkins Bottle (6 pieces: 3 blue, 3 red)


 Masking Tape (Tic Tac Toe Board)

MECHANICS:

 Each team has five (5) participants.


 Two teams will be competing with each other. One participant per team
will have the bottle and will run down the tic tac toe board and place the
bottle anywhere they want.
 After placing the bottle, they will run back to their line to high five the next
player in line. The next participant will then place their bottle at the tic tac
toe board (same procedure).
 The goal is to have your team get three in the row (horizontally, vertically
and diagonally)
 If all three bottles have been placed and there is no tic tac toe, the next
player in line will run and move one of their own team bottle into the tic tac
toe board.
 After the game is over, the winning team will stay and play again.
MIND GAMES
First Game: Agawan ng Panyo
MATERIALS NEEDED:

 Handkerchief

MECHANICS:

 Each team has ten (10) participants.


 Every participant has their own designated numbers from 1-10.
 The master will ask a certain problem/ question and must be solved first
for the participants to know which number will go to the master to get
the handkerchief.
 The participant who gets the handkerchief first will have the point.

Second Game: The T.E.A.M Game


MATERIALS NEEDED:

 Rope and chairs


 Bottled water and straws
 Nips and chopsticks
 Bond papers and markers
 Flags six (6)

MECHANICS:

 The team will have five (5) participants each. After the first station, the
remaining stations shall be played only by one participant per team
without repetition.
 There will be a total of six (6) obstacle courses.
 First Station: Keeping together is Progress
 Each team will be tied on their feet in a rope and must walk
around the chair for three times before going to the next
station.
 Second Station: Hole in a Straw
 The designated participant must drink all the water in the
bottle using a straw with a hole and proceed to the next
station.
 Third station: Word Puzzle
 Each team is given a puzzle to be solve in order for them to
proceed in the next station.
 Fourth Station: Nips Challenge
 The participants of each team will transfer ten (10) nips
from one cup to another and the nips must not fall and the
participants shall avoid cracking/smashing it.
 Fifth Station: Connect the Words
 The team will be given a set of scattered words and they
must arrange it accordingly to form correct sentence.
 Sixth Station: Problem Solving
 This is the last station wherein each team is given a
problem to solve and after completing the task, all
participants per team will be required to shout out loud the
meaning of the acronym T.E.A.M (“Together, Everyone,
Achieves, More”)

NOTE: THE FASTEST TEAM TO FINISH ALL THE OBSTACLES GIVEN WILL BE
DECLARED AS THE WINNER!
