ACCOUNTANCY DAY 2018

 JINGLE/YELL COMPETITION

GUIDELINES:

1. All members of the team are required to participate in the jingle competition.
Corresponding points will be given for the participation and cooperation of members.
2. The JPIA-CDS officers will designate the color that will represent each team. Each
member of the team must wear a shirt according to their team color.
3. The use of props is highly recommended. The teams shall observe creativity and frugality
by recycling materials for their props.
4. The jingle must be 4-5 minutes only. Two (2) points will be deducted for every minute
exceeding minute.
5. The jingle must be related to Accounting.
6. The jingle may be an original composition or a remake of lyrics. Each team is also
encouraged to associate their jingle with yells.

Musicality 20%
Volume & Blending of voices 15% 1st 40pts.
Stage presence 10%
2nd 35pts.
Presence/Participation of all

Twelve (12) participants per team.

 Second Game: Catch My Egg

Ten (10) participants per team.

 Third Game: Tic Tac Toe

Five (5) participants per team.

NOTE: Mechanics will be discussed during the event proper.

 Second Game: Together Everyone Achieves More/TEAM Game (6 stations)

Five (6) participants per team.

NOTE: Mechanics will be discussed during the event proper.

ACCOUNTANCY DAY 2018

 THE SEARCH FOR MR. AND MS. JPIA 2018

GUIDELINES:

1. All candidates shall come from the ten (10) teams formed for the accountancy day.
2. Each team must have a male or a female candidate for the pageant. Names of the
candidates shall be passed to the JPIA officers on or before August 2, 2018.
3. The members of the teams shall lend support to their candidates in any form they can.
4. The contest will start at around 4:30 at the CDS Gymnasium.

MECHANICS:

1. The pageant is divided into five parts:

a. Production number
b. Sportswear
c. Dream wear
d. Casual wear
e. Question and answer
2. Each candidate is given equal time for their catwalk for every part of the competition.
(Sportswear, Dream wear, Casual wear)
3. Candidates need not spend too much for their attire. They are advised to use all the
resources they have and seek for the help of their teammates.
4. Handlers or make-up artists are not allowed to assist the candidates in school.
5. Only one assistant (teammate) per candidate will be allowed in the backstage.
6. The question for the Q&A will come from the judges.
7. The candidates are judged according to the following criteria:

Beauty and Confidence 20%

Production number 10%
Sportswear 15%
Dream wear 15%
Casual wear 15%
Question and Answer 20%
Audience impact 5%
