Lawyer Interview on the Topic “Practice of Law”

Atty. Fidel Valdez, CPA, DBA

Rationale and Objectives:

The primarily goal of this interview is to get insights, points, and other relevant
information regarding the practice of law, on matters of professional responsibility and
other incidents to the profession, from a practicing lawyer. Actual face-to-face
interview will be conducted, guided by objectives and interview guide questions. The
results will be presented in class through a multimedia presentation.

At the end of the activity, it is expected that the group will be able to:

1. COGNITIVE: extract relevant information from the lawyer being interviewed


regarding the topic “Practice of Law;”

2. PSYCHOMOTOR: organize relevant information effectively and


thematically to formulate a responsive and proactive multimedia
presentation; and

3. AFFECTIVE: examine ones’ motivation on taking up law in relation to the


relevant information gathered.
