With Taguig, Makati, and Ortigas being the central business districts in Metro Manila, where do you

guys think the next big business districts are going to be? Personally, I think (and hope) that Cavite,
Laguna, Rizal, and Bulacan should have major business districts like the ones we have here in Metro
Manila. This will really help unclog/decongest the dreadful situation in Metro Manila.

Kalat kalat actually. Clark would be good one. May airport na and near Manila with NLEX, SCTEX.

Cavite e pwede din pero where exactly? Bacoor? Dasma? Medyo congested.

Sa Ilocos Region, I am betting on San Fernando City, La Union. They have a port but no airport sadly
(small area to develop).

Laoag City-San Nicolas e plano ata ng mga Marcoses. Laoag City has an international airport (with
some direct flights to China mostly Chinese tourists). Currimao e may port din. Downside sa amin?
Small population.

Cagayan pwede din ata.

vermosa sa south. clark green city sa north.

Within 45 days after starting its offer of prime commercial lots in Maple Grove
Commercial District, about 80 percent of the P9 billion worth of inventory had
been sold, equivalent to 250 out of 360 lots made available to the market.

“We have received an overwhelming tranche of booked sales for this project during
the past days, even during the holidays. It really did not come as a surprise to us
because even before we have announced this, we have already received a lot of
inquiries,” said Rachelle Penaflorida, vice president for sales and marketing at
Megaworld.
“General Trias, Cavite is a rising growth center and everyone is looking forward to
the new proposed CBD that we will build,” she added.

In November last year, Megaworld announced the pre-selling of prime commercial

lots in the 35-hectare future CBD, which is in turn situated within its 140-hectare
Maple Grove township. Commercial lots being offered for sale range from 360
square meters to 1,008 square meters in size.

With these commercial lots expected to be turned over in 2022, Maple Grove
Commercial District is designed to host “green” office buildings, some of will
feature rooftop gardens, vertical and indoor gardens as well as green porches and
lawns.

“We envision this to be the ‘Green City of the South,’ because of its numerous
sustainability features and environment-friendly amenities,” Peñaflorida added.

The Maple Grove Commercial District will have seven green and open parks across
the development, including a central park that will serve as a “green jewel” of the
commercial district.

Lot owners are expected to construct their buildings within five years from the
2022 turnover.

General Trias is easily accessible to Sangley Point, one of the proposed new
locations of a new airport. It is also less than an hour away from the Makati CBD via
Coastal Road and CAVITEX.

the existing downtown urban district and will improve transportation infrastructure while
introducing energy-efficient buildings green public space. The plan also provides a
framework for new sustainable growth that would result in eliminating 215,000 tons of CO2
