The Minister of State for Climate Change attended as the chief guest and inaugurated the event. Representatives from industry and other universities served as jurors and evaluated 27 final year projects from Electrical and Biomedical Engineering students. The jurors awarded shields and gifts to the six best projects. Photos from the successful open house event showcasing student projects are attached.

    FEAS OPEN HOUSE 2019

    It is shared with immense pleasure that the Faculty of Engineering and Applied
    Sciences (FEAS) has successfully organized a high-profile event, “Open House
    2019” at Margalla Hotel, Islamabad on 25th June 2019.

    Ms. Zartaj Gul Wazir, Minister of State for Climate Change, Islamic Republic of
    Pakistan, graced the event with her presence as Chief Guest. She was received by
    Engr. Asadullah Khan, (Executive Director), Prof. Dr. Jameel Ahmed (Dean FEAS),
    Col (R) Muhammad Anwar (Principal IIEC), Dr. Sohail Khalid (HoD-EE) and Dr.
    Muhammad Shafique (HoD-BME). The chief guest inaugurated the event at ribbon
    cutting ceremony. The event was highly appreciated by the chief guest. She also
    applauded the mission and vision of Riphah International University.

    Industrial personnel’s and professors from various reputed universities were


    invited as jury members. The event showcased overall 27 final year projects
    completed by students of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering programs. The
    jury evaluated the projects and awarded six best projects with shields and gifts.
