Help Manual for Students (Industrial Internship Module)

Rules:
1. All B.Tech. and M.Tech. (Integrated Software Engineering) except 1st Year students are eligible to register.
2. Students those who have completed the course in the previous semester / year and have earned a credit are not permitted to register.
3. Students should have a valid “certificate of completion” of internship for a minimum of 24 days (can be one certificate from one
company or two certificates indicating two spells of internship in same or different organization).
4. The student can delete or edit any no.of times before the deadline.

Step1: Select Internship Details after login into www.vtopbeta.vit.ac.in

Step2: Fill the required details.
Step3: After Submit, student can view the record at bottom of the page.
Step4: If required, student can delete existing one and redo once again using the Delete option.
Step5: Edit the Diary Activity for each spilt-up by choosing the Upload option
Step6: Edit Activity and click on Add button for each day. If it is holiday, Just mention the same.
