    Dear Teachers:

    I, Juanito B. Gigante a SHS student of this school had two back subjects (P.E and Oral
    Comm) due to my negligence in studies. I realized and accepted my mistakes. I am
    sincerely sorry for this and I would like to ask for apology as well as help regarding this
    matter. I really wanted to pass these subjects and pursue my studies in Grade 12. I am
    willing to do and promise to meet all the requirements that it will entail so I can pass
    these 2 subjects.

    I am promising that I will do my part as a student this school year, not to get failing
    grades from any of my subjects so this will not happen to me again.

    I am humbly asking for your forgiveness, hoping for all your considerations and to please
    help me in solving this problem.

    Once again, sorry and I am willing to do everything I can.
