Strong Solution (high LiBr content) is pumped by solution pump from absorsber to be heated in
generator. The solution pass through heat exchanger to initially increase temperature using the hot
weak solution coming from the generator. In generator, the water absorbent of strong solution is
vaporized and separated from the solution resulting weak solution that is going to absorber to absorb
water vapour.
Water Vapour generated in generator is condensed in condenser and transfer to evaporator under
vacuum pressure condition therefore the temperature of water refrigerant in evaporator is very low and
ready to cool the chilled water – The system works repeatty in cycle.
