    1. FACTS- (name of the case and its parties, what happened factually and procedurally and the
    judgment)
    o Facts of the case- what actually happened, the controversy
    o Procedural history- what events within the court system led to the present case
    o JUDGEMENT- what the court actually decided

    2. ISSUES- what is in dispute


    3. HOLDING- the applied rule of law
    4. RATIONALE- reasons for the holding
