Login ला केल्यानंतर खालील व ंडो ओपन होईल.
LOGIN र क्लिक केल्यानंतर खालील व ंडो ओपन होईल. रील युजर आयडी पास डड ापरून
लॉगीन करा े.
LOGIN केल्यानंतर खालील स्क्रीन विसते.

 The Basic data of License has been fetched from License Master, will show automatically
on form
 Click on Renew License button as depicted below:

 There are 3 selection for Renewal period on application form as below

shown:

 On Selection of Renewal Period 1Year/5 years

-Payable fee will auto populate.

 On Selection of Other: It will be open to manually select to Renewal From Date,

Renewal to Date and to put concern amount of payable Fee.

 Entity of license(Firm Type) Field will populate automatically from License Master
Data.

 Enter Name Of the person/Partner, applying for online renewal license:

 Select Relationship with licensee.

 Enter person/Partner mobile number and click on Send OTP button to get OTP for
mobile number verification:

 Enter same OTP received on entered mobile number and click on Verify OTP button.

 Select Self Declaration Questionaries:

1) Are you uploading latest signature of all licensee / partner / authorized
signatory/Directors of the company on the Document upload section?

 On Selection of No: need to put remarks-

 अर्जदारािे अर्ज भरूि Submit वर click करावे.

 On Form Submission, below confirmation message will come- click on Save to proceed:
अर्ज समावेश केल्या िंतर अर्जदारास खालील SMS प्राप्त होईल.

1. Upload photo as per prescribed in details (JPG

format)
2. Upload Signature as per prescribed in details (jpg
format)
3. Upload ID proof as per prescribed in details(PDF or
JPG format)
