Consolidate into Master with AB Check Process

Concept:
This process will be used to consolidate the picked material into master LPN’s with AB
Check.

1. Move the shaded area to ‘Default’ and hit ‘Enter’.

2. Enter the user name > Hit ‘Enter’ > Enter the password > Hit ‘Enter’.

3. Select the required responsibility: Move the shaded area to ‘Whse Mgmt’ and hit
‘Enter’.

4. Select the required menu: Move the shaded area to ‘GNTX Custom’ and hit
‘Enter’.
5. Select the required menu: Move the shaded area to ‘GNTX Consolidate’ and hit
‘Enter’.

6. Enter the required organization: Enter facility code and hit ‘Enter’.

7. Scan the Master LPN.

8. Scan the Child LPN from the Box.

9. The Addition Fields of Box LPN A and Box LPN B open up

10 . Scan the Box LPN A

11. Scan the Box LPN B

12. To Pack More Select the <Save/Next LPN> Button.

13. Scan the other LPN’s that need to be consolidated into this LPN.

14. Scan the Box LPN A

15. Scan the Box LPN B

16. Hit “Enter” on the <Close Master> Button to Pack the LPN into Master and to
Print the Label for the Master LPN.

17. The Master is Packed and the Label is Printed.
