After paying by PayPal or Credit Card, you should

receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within

moments of placing your order.
Once you have received your e-mail confirmation,
open the message and scroll down to the area
labeled Product Information.
There will be an indented paragraph entitled
Download, plus the name of the file to be
downloaded (e.g. 1000-EPROD.zip)
Click on that link. You will be directed to a window
on our web store, showing the product to be down-
loaded. Click on the underlined words: Download
Now.
A Dialog Box will open asking if you wish to open or
save this file. We recommend that you click on the
button Save.
A Dialog Box will open, asking for the location to save your
file. If you are familiar with your computer’s structure, you
may navigate to the folder that you wish to place the folder
in. Otherwise, you may just save it to your desktop.
Once you have indicated the location to save the file, click
on Save in the lower right of the screen.
Once the download is complete, you may click on
the button Open to view the downloaded file.
Depending on the setup of your computer, you may
be able to see a command on the left of the open
window labeled Extract All Files. Double-click on it.
The Extraction Wizard will ask where to save the file. If you
are familiar with your computer’s file structure, you may
specify the exact location, otherwise, place it on your
desktop.
When the extraction is done, click on the button
labeled Finish.
A window will open showing
the folder containing the files
you have downloaded. There
will be several PDFs which
can be printed out at your
convenience.
The PowerPoint Presentation
is located in a file with the
extension *.pps. If you have
PowerPoint installed on your
computer, double click on this
file and it will automatically be
opened by PowerPoint.
