EXHIBITOR’S MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our PRIME family! Thank you for supporting PRIME
ORTHODONTICS STUDIES AND TRAINING PHILIPPINES, INC. (POSTP, INC.). Together, we can make
our 1st Quarterly Scientific Seminar a successful event. We would like to offer your company a
slot of booth for you to be able to display your products/services. Below are the provisions of our
offer.

A. PROVISIONS
1. POSTP, INC PROVIDES:

• Long table with drape


• 2 chairs good for 2 persons
• AM snack and lunch for 2 persons
• Wall socket for use of electricity
• Certificate of appreciation for participation of your company

2. EXHIBITOR PROVIDES:

SEMINAR KIT GIVEAWAY ITEMS GOOD FOR 120 PARTICIPANTS


OPTION A WORTH AT LEAST Php5,000.00 Get 1 free slot of booth

PHP3,500.00 CASH plus at least


OPTION B
PHP1,500.00 WORTH OF RAFFLE ITEMS

PHP3,500.00 CASH plus at least


OPTION C PHP1,500.00 for RAFFLE

• Company ID and/or valid ID of persons to man the booth (maximum of 2 persons


per booth)
• Company ID and/or valid ID of persons to man the booth.
• Good quality JPEG or PNG file of COMPANY LOGO (to be flashed on the screen.

B. POLICY
1. SLOTS ARE FIRST PAY, FIRST COME, FIRST RESERVED BASIS. In order for your company
to secure a slot, full payment must be made at least 14 days before the said event.
ONSITE PAYMENT IS NOT ALLOWED. On the day of the event, the selection of the
booth is on a first come, first reserved basis.
2. RAFFLE ITEMS AND GIVEAWAYS. All raffle items and giveaways must be given at least
7 days prior to the event and are subject to the committee’s approval. Please refrain
from giving out raffle items that are dental clinic consumables such as poly bib, paper
cups, face masks, gloves, suction tips, and the like.
3. COMPANY DISPLAYS. Each booth shall be allowed to have 1 standee or 1 tarpaulin of
their company or product. Please refrain from bringing too much displays as it may
block your booth from your prospect customers. Name cards on the table shall be
provided by POSTP, INC.
4. FLYERS. All traders and exhibitors are allowed to hand out flyers to participants or
include flyers in the seminar kit. Please give the said flyers for inclusion in seminar kits
at least 7 days prior to the event.
5. PRICE TAGS. We would highly appreciate it if exhibitors would refrain from placing
price tags on products so as to create a fair ground for all participating exhibitors.
6. INGRESS AND EGRESS OF BOOTH SETUP. All participating traders and exhibitors are
allowed to begin setting up by 7am and are expected to have finished setting up by
730am. After the seminar, booths are allowed to begin packing up by 230pm and are
expected to have finished packing up by 3pm.
7. TRADER’S RAFFLE. All are expected to participate in the trader’s raffle. Hence, the
need for traders to share for raffle prizes. Please provide receipts (SALES INVOICE,
DELIVERY ORDER, JOB ORDER, or OFFICIAL RECEIPT) for the items bought so we may
collate them for the trader’s raffle.
8. SAFETY. As in all events, everyone’s safety is our utmost priority. Please refrain from
bringing hazardous objects/materials. Please refrain from unruly behavior. Any force
majeure situation is out of the hands of the committee and of the hotel and the said
former and latter are not held liable nor accountable for any loss or damages.
9. MEALS. AM Snack and lunch good for 2 persons shall be provided by POSTP, Inc. to
each participating exhibitor. Bringing of additional outside food is allowed as long as it
doesn’t elicit a strong scent.

City, Philippines.
