PETITION

COMES NOW the petitioner, by undersigned counsel, and unto

this Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. That the petitioner, of legal age and a resident of

2. That copy of said last will and testament is hereto attached

as Annex "A" and made an integral part of this petition, the original

4. That the decedent is an inhabitant of the Philippines and a
