3. The pick-up executive will check the following things in the customers device:
a. Brand
b. IMEI
c. Screen
d. Phone switching on or not
4. If at the time of pickup of the old device:
a. There are mismatches evaluated in Brand/IMEI
b. The screen of the phone is damaged
c. The phone is not switching on

then both the delivery of the new phone and pickup of the old device will be cancelled.

5. The new device will be returned to the origin by the Logistic partner.
