This document outlines rules regarding minimum wage for workers paid based on results or tasks completed. It discusses how to calculate adjusted minimum wage rates when the annual minimum wage is increased. Workers paid based on results are also called non-time workers, as their pay is based on the quantity and quality of work completed rather than time spent. However, being paid this way does not change the employment relationship - it is simply an alternative pay computation method. Compensation for such workers can be determined through time and motion studies or by consultation between worker and employer groups with DOLE.
