Philippines is a tropical paradise often associated with amazing beach resorts, lush sweltering
rainforests and secluded islands. But there’s more here in central Luzon region. In this 10-day
trip itinerary, you’ll learn and see the history, culture and beauty of different provinces of
Central Luzon.
When it comes to steakhouses in Clark, no other name comes to mind than Amante Ribs
and Steaks. Though only launched in 2016, this cowboy-themed buffet restaurant quickly
grew to be a tourist favorite with its hearty, affordable buffets that include premiu m
carved meats like baby back ribs, grilled pork, and roast beef. Also on offer are crispy pata,
salmon, pasta, and salad.
A cultural theme park featuring Filipino culture at the Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat. The
Nayong Pilipino Clark's attraction centers on Philippine history and culture and covers an area
of 3.5 hectares (8.6 acres).The Money Museum features present and historical Philippine
currency. It also hosts replicas of select national landmarks such as Rizal Shrine in Calamba,
Laguna, Mabini Shrine in Tanauan, Batangas, and the Barasoain Church. It also hosts replicas of
"villages" of select indigenous groups such as the Ifugao, Kalinga, and the Aeta peoples where
their respective culture is showcased (e.g. their craft, textile, and indigenous dances.
Goddess of Peace Shrine
There are yearly ceremonies held at the shrine by Shingon Buddhist priest who pray not only
the souls of fallen soldiers (Japanese, Filipino and American) who died during the war, but also
for peace to prevail in the world.
Sitting on the gentle slope of Lily Hill in Clark Freeport Zone, sits a Buddhist shrine with a large
5-ton granite statue of Kannon (Tibetan: སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས Chenrezig, Chinese: 観音 Guan Yin); this
shrine is called the "Goddess of Peace Shrine". Sightseeing is what commonly done by the

Mount Arayat is an inactive basaltic volcano rising to a height of 1,026 metres. The volcano has
a breached crater on its northwest side with a smaller andesitic dome in the collapse
amphitheatre. An inactive volcano offering various hiking trails to the summit with valley,
mountain & river views
The southern half of the mountain lies within the municipality of Arayat, Pampanga, while the
north half and the mountain summit lies within Magalang.
