Brgy.Talipan is part of Pagbilao Quezon Region IV-A Calabarzon.It is known


for its rich products which is papag and bilao. It was having tagalog native
language and with zip code of 4302. It was also having a climate type of
Tropical rain forest with a total of 75,023 people. Brgy. Talipan also
celebrated fiesta like patron San Isidro, parading San tonino as well as
sagala and etc. It is said that some of the people in here are still having a
significant things that was still alive like vases and some of this is historical
places . Behind those significant things and places that it have is hidden a
story behind. It is really well said that the most permanent thing in this world
is changes. Wherein thimis place also having a changes in the past few years
innovations and changes embraces brgy. Talipan pagbilao quezon. The way
of living of some people changes as well as the physical appearance of this
place. The beauty of this place was not only lies on the scenic view that it
have as well as the beaty of some places but rather on every stories hidden
behind and most of all is in the heart of the people living in this place.

Barangay TaLipan is located in the town of Pagbilao province of
quezon with approximately area of 13.9699,121.6582 in the island of luzon.
Elevation at these coordinates is estimated at 48.9 meters or 160.4 feet
above see level .

Brgy. Talipan Pagbilao quezon is a good place to live in. Pagbilao
derived its name from the natural resources it have which is papag and bilao.
It is said that brgy. Talipan was also having own origin nor history in where
its name derived and come from. During the spanish time, Filipinos went for
survival. Since there were no enough jobs for the people, roberry and theft
were rampant. Plenty of animals especially carabaos, and cowa were most
popular. The thieves found an isolated place where there removed outer
skins of the animals. This is known in the place as “pagtatalip” From then on,
the place was called “Talipan”
