Subject: Request for St. Patrick’s School Band to Perform on the 175 th Anniversary

Dear Sr. Margaret,

Greeting and prayerful wishes from St. Patrick’s Rectory.

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that St. Patrick’s Parish is celebrating its “175th
Anniversary.”

The inauguration of the Centennial Platinum Jubilee as well as the launching of the book
St. Patrick’s a Journey of 175 Years. This will take place on Sunday, December 02, 2018 by
His Eminence Joseph Cardinal Coutts after the 09:15 a.m. mass.

On this auspicious occasion we would appreciate if the School Band could play some
songs once H.E. inaugurates the Centennial Platinum Jubilee. I will be grateful if you could
grant the permission to the band to make this celebration a mega success by their
participation. Also, if you could kindly request the band incharge to coordinate with me
