8. When it comes to coping up with the changing trends in engineering and management, one
must be socially aware most especially with the current events. Moreover, attending seminars
from time to time and even forums will also be a great help. Also, as a project manager working
with a team, it's best to take into consideration the people you're working with and the company
you're working for so everything will flow smoothly.

privileges should be avoided. However, it should be imparted to them that there's always a limit

1. Yes, being leader starts in being a member, you can't lead if you don't know what being a
member feels like. Just like me, i learned being a leader by starting as a member, whatever i
learn i share it to my members. I always communicate

3. I experienced difficulty in managing my workers, because sometimes they work slow and not
finishing the objectives. I fixed it by communicating/supervising them while they are working. We
agreed that they can go home early if they finish the daily objectives needed to be
accomplished.

4. If you already know the capabilities and talents of each member of your team, dividing
multiple requests is as easy as pie. We team leaders need to be tough in making decisions and
implementing them. Communication is always the key in order for a team to work properly so i
always communicate with my members to handle multiple request. Motivation is my key in
competing priorities. I always motivate them in order for the to expose their true potential
