Factory Manager:

 Ensure the production process of tanks, roofs and plastic doors made of PP, PE, PET,
UPVC, HMW-HDPE with high efficiency, high quality, high recovery in accordance
to the targeted or scheduled orders, with the lowest possible costs and waste.
 Effective in the operation of all existing machinery and equipment with the lowest
downtime in collaboration with related service and maintenance department.
 Lead all level of human resources at the lowest absentee level is in line with increased
discipline and order, reward and punishment in accordance with Indonesian national
man power rules and law.
 Consistent in applying work methods and work safety, cleanliness of equipment,
machinery and work environment.
 Supervise and ensure the accuracy of production reports, which include: attendance
reports, use of raw materials, work in process, production results, idle hours for each
machine, head to head with PPIC team.
 Responsible for the results of the work of subordinates with the obligation to transfer
their knowledge and expertise to all teamwork level.

Requirements:

 Male or Female of maximum 45 years old.

 Bachelor degree from related subject.
 Minimum 5 years experiences is a must inline to the above mentioned field.
 Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
 Honest, responsible, dedicated, firm and disciplined, authoritative.
