es for Project Work and Laboratory Experiments', available at www.ieindia.org under Academics-downlo
ads. Please ensure that one copy of your project report must be sent to the undersigned by 09 Aug 19.
A copy of the project report should also be submitted to your project guide for assesment. Your project
guide is expected to send the project report duly evaluated to this office by 20 Aug 19.

3. If copies of your project report and/or project report duly evaluated from your designated project
guide are not received within the stipulated date, the grade obtained in the project work shall not be
included in your grade card of Summer 2019 examination. Therefore it is essential to ensure from your
project guide that your project assesment report was sent within the stipulated date, that is 20 Aug 19.

4. In case you are unable to complete your project work within the stipulated date for ensuing term, you
may submit your project report to the Project Guide subsequently. In such an event the result of project
work shall be declared in the subsequent term of the examination. No further communication is required
from the headquaters in such an event.
