HOUSE RULES

These rules are meant as a guideline for the very few people who are unsure or not concerned
about how the property and other people should be respected. For most of you reading this,
these rules will be a normal practice.

1. Pay monthly dues on time, this includes your rent, electric and water bills.

2. Excessive noise is not tolerated. Tenants shall not make or allow disturbing noise in the
unit which will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other residents.

3. Residents and guests shall not litter in the common areas or grounds of the complex.
No other materials may be accumulated in front of your unit except flower pots and
other materials provided by the management.

4. Residents shall keep the unit clean, sanitary and free from objectionable odors at all
times.

5. Garbage is to be placed inside your trash bin and should be disposed as necessary.

6. Costs of repair or clearance of stoppages in waste pipes or drains, water pipes or

plumbing fixtures caused by tenant’s negligence or improper usage are his/her
responsibility. Payment or corrective action must be paid by the tenant on demand.

7. No alterations or improvement shall be made by tenants without the consent of the

management. Glue, tapes or nails shall be used to affix pictures or decorations.

8. Never leave your apartment unlocked. This includes when you leave to buy something
or take out your trash. Any loss due to your negligence is no longer the management’s
responsibility.

9. Help keep the complex a safe place. Always inform the management if you have guests
coming in, we have the right to know who’s on the property.

10. Respect the property owner.

Residents who-do-not obey the house rules may have their rental agreement terminated and
asked to leave their apartments immediately.
