1. Mentoring, coaching and giving of technical assistance.
2. Regular SLAC session and INSET training to promote continuous improvement for the school staff.
3. Enhancing Teacher’s Welfare through the Implementation of the Six-Hour Teaching Load Policy.
4. Remedial/ Intervention/Enrichment instruction programs for learners.
5. Tapping some stakeholders to donate or participate in school program or activities.

Hindering Factors (Conditions or circumstances that act as obstacles in the attainment of your targets):
1. Lack of school building and classroom to accommodate more learners and promote conducive learning atmosphere.
2. Shortage of Learning Materials for some learning areas such as MAPEH and Science.
3. Several factors affecting learner’s performance, participation and attendance such as domestic, individual, school, geographical/ environmental and financial.

Strategies to Address the Problem (Interventions or actions employed to address the problem):
1. Strengthening the ELLN project.
2. Providing a reading hub for the pupils to enjoy reading and aide pupils with reading difficulties.
3. Providing remedial classes and other intervention for struggling learners.
4. Creating strong linkages with various stakeholders in the community to accomplish school/classroom projects.
5. Providing CGs, TGs and other necessary learning resources for the teachers.
6. Creating, collecting and utilizing necessary learning resources (LR- Learning Resources, i.e, LMs and activity sheets, TR- Teaching Resources i.e, story books needed for
the lessons.)
7. Maximizing the utilization of the MOOE and other local funds.

Effective Practices (Strategies, programs, activities which have produces desired results or have led the school to achieve its targets):
1. Child Mapping – various sittio, barangays that surround the school was mapped to determine the number of OSY.
2. Project Pamana – inculcated the value of sharing and to provide uniforms to pupils who cannot afford to buy.
3. HELP Program – reduced the drop-out rate and make education accessible and inclusive to all learners of the community.
4. School-Based Adopt-a-Learner - Teachers provided monthly allowance or school supplies to their chosen 1 or 2 students who are in need of financial assistance.
5. Feeding Program – providing meals and food supplements for identified malnourished learners.
6. School Beautification and Classroom Restructuring – making the school/classroom safe, child-friendly and conducive for learning.
7. X Factor – harnessing and showcasing the talents of CrES learners.
8. Having an open and constant communication between and among the members of the school.
9. Benchmarking of some strategies that are notable and effective.
