AICHI PREFECTURE, JAPAN hereby authorize HELEN LOPEZ DE MARIANO, to act on

my behalf in all manners relating to all dealings with the Professional Regulation Commission

(PRC) for RENEWAL of my PRC LICENSE, including signing of all documents relating to

these matters. Any and all acts carried out by HELEN LOPEZ DE MARIANO, on my

behalf shall have the same effect as acts on my own.
