    Subject: SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF


    TEACHER 3 POSITION

    In view of the transfer of Mrs. Lorilyn G. Sarandi at Alicia National High School, all
    Teachers with Teacher 1 Position are advised to prepare and submit their documents for
    assessment to Teacher 3 Position. The School Selection Board will be using DepEd Order
    No. 66 s. 2007 of the Revised Guidelines on the appointment and Promotion of Other
    Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Position.

    Interested applicants are advised to submit their documents and undergo interview and
    written exam on September 11, 2019, 9:00 am at the Principals Office.

    Furthermore, the following is the composition of the School Personnel Selection Board:
    Chairman: Lordino G. Antonio -School Head
    Members: Maribel P. Bocala -Head Teacher
    Gilbert M. Acapuyan -OIC Administrative Officer
    Virgilio V. Cudal, Jr. -Faculty President

    Attached is the guidelines to be used for the assessment for your reference.
