That we are part of the group who negotiate with the property of BANGALOW PTY.
LTD. CO located at Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union

That we are part of the transaction who introduced the property to the prospective
seller which is the ROBINSONS LAND CORP. with outlet office at Laoag City, Ilocos
Norte.

That we are sincerely incorporating our names so that all entitlements as per
memorandum are same due that will borne to us;

That we are executing this affidavit to purposely append or add our names in the
Memorandum of Agreement under the negotiations in between the BANGALOW PTY.
LTD. CO. and the ROBINSONS LAND CORPORATIONS;
