15. Download all relevant documents. Please, consider the official translation
and certification rules. There is no need for a translation, when documents
are in the German or the English language.
 You need to submit the following documents:
 Officially certified copy of your proof of education in the original language and an officially
Germany) for applicants who have already studied abroad, in the original language and officially
certified copy, as well as officially certified translation into the German language
 CV (illustration of education - school career)
 Copy of personal ID or passport
 Proof of a name change (e.g. copy of the marriage certificate) if the proof of education is not
issued in the current name

 The original APS certificate (for the applicants from the PR China, Mongolia and Vietnam)

19. Pay the fee for proceeding your application: 75 Euro if it is your first
application or 30 euros if it is not your first application

 You can pay either by bank transfer or by credit card. Read here all details on fee transferring
 Filling in your transfer order, include the following information in the reference field:
o Your uni-assist applicant number,
o Your family name (as written in your passport),
o Your given name (as written in your passport),
o Your date of birth (dd.mm.yyyy),
o The semester in which your course starts, e.g. SoSe18 or WiSe18/19
 Use the following bank details for your transfer:

20. Send the following documents per post

 The filled and signed application form from the Uni-Assist (original, not a copy)
 Officially certified copy of your proof of education in the original language and an officially certified translation
into the German language drawn up
 Proof of studies performance (started university studies in the home country or the Federal Republic of
Germany) for applicants who have already studied abroad, in the original language and officially certified copy,
as well as officially certified translation into the German language
 The original APS certificate (for the applicants from PR China, Mongolia and Vietnam)

21. After Uni-Assist receive your payment and documents, you will receive
confirmation of receipt by e-mail. After about 4-6 weeks: the status in the
online portal will change and you will receive the result of our evaluation by
e-mail and letter. Read the evaluation result carefully: is everything in order
or are documents missing? If documents are missing, please submit them
immediately.

 After a positive evaluation, you will receive the VPD by e-mail and by letter.
Upload the VPD document to the THI PRIMUSS Portal within the university’s
deadline.
