Subject: URGENT: Regarding timely reimbursement of expenses.

Dear All,

Hope you are doing well!!

We appreciate the timely submission of the expense reports being done by you all so far.
However, we have come across instances where certain out of pocket expenses claimed for
reimbursement lack adequate supporting documents. As per the rules, it’s not possible to
clear such claims. Moreover, this might lead to consequences during auditing as well.

We do understand that your hectic work schedule must not be allowing you to spend much
time collecting and arranging bills and documents but then, if you do adhere to the
guidelines, it will ultimately result in speeding up the reimbursement process.

I request you all to kindly keep in mind the same, hereafter.
