MANIFESTATION AD CAUTELAM WITH ENTRY OF
APPEARANCE
On 19 August 2019, Respondent learned of the existence of a case
against her before the Office of the Ombudsman, and the decision thereto from various news outfits. On 20 August 2019, Respondent was made aware that the a communication from the Ombudsman with respect to Compliance of my suspension was already received by the Bureau of Customs as early as 16 August 2019.
A certified true copy of the Endorsement from Office of the
Ombudsman to the Bureau of Customs is attached as “ANNEX A,” and made as integral part hereof.
With this, on 22 August 2019, Petitioner opted to secure a copy of
the Resolution to properly file an appeal and secure her rights.
However, on 22 August 2019, Petitioner found out from the Central
Records Office (CRD) of the Ombudsman that a copy of the Decision/related records have yet to be transmitted to them for safekeeping and dissemination. 1.
