Wherefore in the light of the facts stated, issues raised, authorities cited and arguments advanced, the
respondent respectfully requests the court to declare :

1. That admissibility and credibility of media reports and NGO reports are not admissible in the
International Criminal Court.
2. The accused are not guilty under Article 7 of Rome Statute.
3. The accused are not guilty under Article 8 of Rome Statute.
4. The accused are not liable under section 28(A) of Rome Statute.
