Dear Families,
Welcome back to school. I am looking forward to working with your
child. We are going to learn many new and exciting things together.

The following is the homework and behavior plan for our class. I would
appreciate it if you would take some time to read and discuss these
plans with your child so that he or she understands what is expected.
For your convenience, I have also attached a copy of the Grade 1 supply
list that your child received on the last day of school.

In addition to the supplies on that list I will be collecting $6.00 for a

year’s subscription to Scholastic Magazine.

If you have any questions, please send in a note with your child that
includes your phone number where you can be reached. Your child’s
folder will be checked daily. You may also use the class website to email
me (http://lsantel119.weebly.com) or you can call the school at 718-
377-7696 and leave a message. Please keep in mind that the homework
will be posted on the website as well.

I will be sending home Scholastic book orders monthly. These orders

are optional. The information to place an online order is included on
the class website or you may send the order slip and payment to school
with your child.
