    Sir:

    With reference to our contract for the Restoration of road slip, Junction Talubin-
    Barlig-Natonin-Paracelis-Calaccad road, a. KO441+000-KO444+000 b.
    KO476+700-KO476+718 we would like to follow-up our earlier request for the
    release of the final billing 10% retention as substituted by surety bond in the total
    amount of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine and
    93/100 Pesos (P 199,199.93)

    Favorable action on this regard will be highly appreciated.
