    1. Define the quality target and monitor at each step of development.


    2. Traceability of parts / child parts should be maintained up to Raw Material stage.
    3. Incase, any fastener is being used, it has to be only from FINETURN approved source.
    4. Fasteners, 7 T grade and above should be KD (or 100% eddy current sorted)
    5. Poka Yoke should be implemented at all critical stages and list to be submitted to FINETURN.
    6 Supplier Drawing should specify equivalent indian grade in case rawmaterial specified in FINETURN drg is not available in Indigenously
    7. Surface Treatment (Powder coating/Plating/Painting) socurce to be delcared.
