 Receiving Daily time sheet form supervisor, foreman, General foreman.


 Position of daily Time Sheet in Track.
 Coordinate with Supervisor Foreman, General foreman.
 Coordinate with transport department in order to arrange transportation for
employees.
 Coordinate with HR / payroll dept. regarding deferent queries.
 Maintaining file for timekeeping records (sick leave / annual / casual /
emergency leave / unpaid leave / registration / terminations / transfer etc.
 Arranging & scheduling safety induction for all employee.
 Booking of man hours against cost code.
 Update the regularization
 Following the visa renewal / civil id renewal / passport renewal etc.
 Making General report (Daily / weekly manpower report, Employee absent
report, man-hours summary.
 Maintaining the time card of the company employees & hire employees.
 Preparing the manpower of the company
 Solving the quarry related to employee’s salary, increment etc.
 Allocation/ transfer of Employees as per Project requirements,
 Filling the documents related to the employees.
