This document outlines criteria for evaluating the success of ministry-based activities as very successful, successful, needs improvement, or poor. Very successful activities meet all objectives with no unresolved problems and participants understand and desire to fulfill the Great Commission. Successful activities meet most but not all objectives and have few unresolved problems. Activities needing improvement meet fewer objectives and have more issues. Poor activities fail to meet objectives and leave participants disconnected from the Great Commission.

No problems occurred throughout the whole program/activity that were not resolved. All participants were able to see and explain the relevance of the activity in fulfilling the Great Commission. All participants extremely feel the desire to engage in mission and evangelism activities.

At least 4 problems occurred throughout the whole program that were not resolved. All participants had no idea about the Great Commission and the connection of the activity in its fulfillment.
