ARCHITECTURE DESIGN

The project is a single floor office building located at Persint 8, Putrajaya, Malaysia,

with coordinates of 2.925491, 101.678008. It is based on the idea of a simple shape

structure, which also includes green technology element. It also has a ventilation shaft

to improve the air circulation and wind flow in the building. The design ensures

simplicity and minimization of impact on the natural environment and maximizes

indoor environmental quality which includes thermal comfort, lighting, damp

conditions etc.

Commercial buildings are one of the most common types of structure seen and as they

are different than residential building they require some distinct design and

consideration.

SITE LOCATION

The location of the office has to be strategic often meaning having an easy access to

reads and other facilities. The office is located in an area that helps with the city

development and also provides office for people who live in putrjaya. The figure

below depicts the location of the sit for single floor building.
